Summer Skin Care Favorites

Living in Arizona I’ve become accustom to modifying my summer skin care regime pretty early in the game, as in late April/early May. That’s when the temperature here in the valley of the sun start to hit the nineties and if we’re unlucky (which we typically are), the triple digits. This summer I’ve made it my mission to simplify my beauty routine and have been search (as always) for products that are effective but don’t break the bank. Today I thought I’d share some of my current favorites for the season.

Obiqo Intensive Facial Serum* – I’ve talked about it before, this stuff is clutch when I need a little umph to my skin!  It hydrates and leaves skin looking flawless and supple.

Aveeno Smart Essentials Daily Nourishing Moisturizer (with SPF 30) – Lighter than its cool weather counterpart the Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer, I love that it doesn’t add a layer of extra stuff to my face, especially because it needs to breath during the summer months.

Flower Cosmetics Glisten Up Highlighter Chubby in Gold Coaster – The PERFECT sheer illuminating highlighter that is light and airy. Super long lasting and blends seamlessly into my skin. (Can be found at your local Wal-Mart!)

Physicians Formula Boosting Bronzer* – I haven’t been able to get too much sun this summer but this bronzer has saved the day! Sun kissed glow and even coverage without being cake-y.

City Lips Plumping Gloss in Sundiego* – Can we talk about hydrating?! High impact shine plus it enhances and plumps my lips within minutes. Also has just the right hint of color.

What are some of your favorite summer beauty products?
