Recently did a try-on at J.Crew. Here are a few of my favorite pieces.

If you follow me over on Instagram, then you are well aware of a special collaboration I have with J.Crew next month! I’ll be hosting their 40th Anniversary party at the Tysons Galleria location on Saturday, April 1st from 1-4pm ET. If you’re in the DMV area, I would love to have you come by, say hi, and enjoy a glass of champs with me!

Anyways, here are a few items from their new collection that I got to try-on!

Cashmere cropped V-neck cardigan sweater in gingham – The material of this cashmere cardigan was a dream! I also love how vibrant the blue was. I recommend staying true to size.

Essential pant in city crepe – These pants are PERFECT if you’re going into the office and need a little flair! They fit like a glove and I love that they come in tons of other colors. Fit is TTS.

Gingham Maxi Dress – This dress is the maxi dress of my dreams. The material was lightweight and the frilly hem was so darling. It also had adjustable straps.  I sized down one.

Untitled

Denim trouser in Chambray blue wash – A denim trouser, such a great piece. I loved these. I recommend sizing up one.

Vintage rib high-neck cutaway tank top with contrast trim – I loved the little nod to a classic black and white tank but done in a classy way. The ribbed material was perfect, too. I also tried it out in the hot pink color. Fitted so I would recommend sizing up.

Vintage rib henley polo – This polo was perfect and the color had me in a daze. Such a beautiful caramel color. It had a henley material and is fitted so I recommend sizing up one.

Skinny flare jean in white wash – Gah, I’ve needed a white pair of 70s inspired jeans and these fit the bill. They also fit like a glove. I sized up one.

Limited-edition slim-fit vest in lightweight chino – When I spotted this vest from across the store, I knew it had to be mine. I had been stalking it online but it’s been out of stock so I was so happy to snag it in store. I recommend sizing down one.

Fitted squareneck chino dress – a-line, squareneck, chino material? This is such a great dress up and dress down dress for sure. Fit is TTS but if in-between sizes I recommend sizing up.

Tie-front voile cover-up midi dress – Light, airy, and the color is electric! If you need a classy yet cute cover-up this one’s for you. It also had adjustable straps. Fit is TTS.

Collection lady bomber jacket in cotton bouclé – This is such a classy jacket. The elaborate buttons, the color, the cut – such a stunner. I recommend sizing up one.

Untitled

TENCEL™-blend short-sleeve polo shirt – The color of this polo, the perfect green if you ask me. The ribbed material is dynamite, too. It’s very form fitting so I recommend sizing up one.

Cuffed high-rise suit short in stretch linen – These shorts were a dream. Light weight and just so classic. Fit is TTS.

Untitled

Classic denim jacket in Brilliant Day wash – A gal needs a classic denim jacket and this one did not disappoint. Fit is TTS.

Untitled

Limited-edition Point Sur pintuck flare jean – Can we talk about the subtle details of the pintuck, so classic yet modern at the same time. I sized up but found that there was a good amount of stretch so I recommend staying TTS.
