Supergoop! Review

Supergoop! – is it worth all the hype – is it FabAve approved? Here are my thoughts.

Here we are, still in the throngs of summer, and I am finally sharing my Supergoop! review. This post has been months in the making. I’ve been meaning to pull it together, but then blogging took the back burner, and well things just stopped. But I’M BACK! I don’t know how frequent my blogging will be, but I want to try and get back into the swing of things.

Everyone and their mom is on the Supergoop! bandwagon. I wasn’t drinking the Koolaid until I saw a few of the products go on sale on different sites (Sephora, Nordstrom, etc.), so I figured I’d give it a try. I first started with the Matte Screen and was immediately converted. As soon as I saw another Supergoop! sale go live, I stocked up and purchased some of the brands other products. So I have thoughts, and here is my review.

Supergoop! Review

Matte Screen – If you tend to have oily skin, this is the product for you. Applies matte on the skin and somehow minimizes pores like a blurring effect.  Not heavy at all and as a mineral formula which is great for the skin, plus it has SPF 40.

Glow Screen – This has to be my favorite Supergoop! product by far! The luminescent glow this leaves on the skin is so beautiful! My skin looks dewy after application without shimmer which is ideal. Packed with really great ingredients, this product has a pearlescent glow that cannot be duplicated. And yes, it has SPF 40;)

Unseen Sunscreen – I really underestimate the power of this product. When I know I’m going to be in the sun, I apply the Unseen Sunscreen as a primer because that’s how it feels. Very silicone feeling on the skin, like most primers, and it offers broad-spectrum SPF 40 protection – winning!

Superscreen Moisturizer – This has been my go-to moisturizer this summer because built in sun protection is where it’s at! It is extremely hydrating and absorbs into the skin flawlessly. I will def use this year around.

Resetting Screen – This mineral powder is my secret weapon for reapplying sunscreen while I’m at the pool or the beach. With SPF 35, this setting powder is perfect for mattifying shine (as the website says). But forreal, this is great for if you’ll be out in the sun for an extended period of time and need to constantly reapply sunscreen.

Sunny Screen – And for the kids, we’ve got ourselves some Sunny Screen! This mineral spray has SPF 50 and is a great grab and go sunscreen. Note, it does leave a white cast but that’s what to expect in most kid sunscreens so not necessarily a negative.

Needless to say, Supergoop! is FabAve approved!

AND I FORGOT TO MENTION – SUPERGOOP IS A CLEAN PRODUCT!
