American Eagle Jeans Try-On

A random Saturday post? Sure, why not!? A try-on to update your spring denim collection!

Untitled

Yes, yes a random Saturday post but I had promised putting this try-on in blog form a few weeks ago so here we are. As we inch closer to spring, this is the time of year I like to wear lighter wash denim. Something about the perfect medium wash jeans just gives me spring vibes. Today I’m sharing 3 pairs of jeans from American Eagle that are perfect for your spring wardrobe.  Not gonna lie, it took a lot of willpower not to keep every single pair. Read on to get a peek!

*For sizing reference, I’m 5’8″ with a pear-shaped frame. I’m currently a size 6/28/S-M.

AE Dream Curvy Highest Waist Jegging – I love the stretch in this pair and how they fit the bootie. I would recommend sizing down, however, because they seemed baggy in the knee area. For reference, I order these in my regular size in the tall version.

AE Ne(x)t Level Highest Waist Jegging – I loved these. I love how they are lighter wash and the jegging material made them hug to my curves just right. There is destressing through out which made them great for warmer weather. I recommend staying true to size. Again, I ordered these in the tall version.

AE Ne(x)t Level Highest Tie Waist Jegging – The tie waist in these jeans sold me and I love the pockets! I love the medium wash in these and love that there isn’t any distressing so these can work in a casual work environment. I stuck to my true size in these but opted for the tall version. I suggest staying true to size.

AE Slim ’90s Boyfriend Jean (*not pictured) – While I don’t have a picture wearing this pair, you can see how I styled them here. These are such a great pair of boyfriend jeans. I’d been hunting for something that fit me well and I hit the jackpot with these. I recommend sizing up.
