Yo, momma’s – are y’all stressing out as I am about this upcoming back-to-school season? Please tell me I’m not alone!? The spring semester of last year’s school year was anything but normal. COVID-19 ravaged the US and kids were in lock-down from mid-March on. As the new school year is about to kick-off, I wondering how this first semester will play out? I guess only time will tell.

In an effort to keep things fairly normal at Casa de Mason, I did a little back-to-school shopping for the kids with the help of Joules! While this fall school semester is going to look a different from previous ones, I wanted to keep some semblance of our usual back-to-school routine. And if you’re childhood was anything like mine, that meant shopping!

We recently added a few fall weather staples to our closets which for us on the east coast means rain gear. We snagged these star print rain boots for Remy which she loves because they’re “cozy and furry inside!” Theo instantly fell in love with this tiger rubber coat and roared the entire time we explored the woods by our house. And of course I had to grab a little something something for myself! This stripe jersey dress is a classic closet staple that’ll get me through the season for sure!
