If you follow me on Instagram, then you are well aware of the sale that’s going on within the LikeToKnowIt (LTK) app tomorrow, July 19. For one day only, a few retailers are extending discounts via the shopping app. Out of those retailers I only shop at Abercrombie and Fitch so today I figured I’d share a little try-on.

Some items are one’s I’ve had for several years and love while others are recent purchases I’m considering adding to my closet. I also included what’s in my cart below because I am totally taking advantage of this sale. Happy Saturday & enjoy!

*For sizing reference, I’m 5’8″ with a pear-shaped frame. I’m currently a size 6/28/S-M.

High Rise 4 Inch Mom Shorts – So I really like these shorts however they didn’t have my shorts size available (one size up from my regular jean size) so I had to go up a size. Overall, I like the wash of these shorts and the raw hem but they were way too big on me.

Untitled

Mid Rise Boyfriend Shorts – I think the fact that these are mid-rise was a little weird to me. I’m so used to high-rise everything! I like the slight distressing and the rolled hem however they were too similar to a part of denim shorts I already owned so these are going back. Otherwise, these are a good pair of denim. I recommend going up a size.

Mid Rise Boyfriend Shorts – If you’re going to buy one pair of shorts during the sale it should be these! They are soo flattering and comfortable. Stretchy but not loose and I love the length, especially for this tall girl. I recommend sizing up 1.

Wide Strap Ribbed Tank – Love this tank. I love the square neck and the ribbed material. The length is a bit cropped but not enough that you can’t tuck into high-rise bottoms. I’m wearing the medium (I’m regularly a small up top) and notice that the straps are a bit long. Otherwise, stick TTS.

High-Slit Midi Skirt – This skirt I’ve had for a while and I love it! I sized up since the material clings more to the body than most fabrics. The slit is a nice touch and the color is perfect for year-round. I recommend sizing up.

Untitled

Knit Midi Skirt – This is one of my favorite skirts! You can see how I styled it on the blog here. It’s comfy and I love the ribbing on it. For the satin version of this skirt (item above) I recommend going up a size but for the knit version I think you can stick true to size.

Untitled

Double Side-Slit Sweater Midi Skirt – And here is the same skirt in grey. This version has a slit on each side but it fits exactly like the skirt above. Fit is true to size.

(Light Wash) Ultra-High Rise Kick Flare Jeans – These cropped flares are so stretching a comfortable! I wore the heck out of them in the fall and winter and definitely recommend them. I own in this light wash, in a medium indigo (below), and in black. For this pair, I suggest sizing down.

Satin Lingerie Cami – I own this cami in both this black and a white. It’s great for layering under cardigans and blazers. This particular one is no longer available but I linked the satin one. Fit is TTS.

Untitled

(Black) High Rise Ankle Flare Jeans – This is the same as the above flare jeans but in black. I love these which is why I have them in almost all the washes. These fit a little stiffer than the above but they are true to size.

Untitled

(Indigo) Ultra-High Rise Kick Flare Jeans – Again, the same pair from above but in the medium denim and black. Again, super comfy and I think they look on different body types. I recommend sticking true to size in this wash.

Untitled

Cinched Sleeve Midi Dress – This dress is very pretty. The floral print is great for wearing it now and in the fall/winter with a chunky knit and booties. The slit is a bit too high for me but I love the slight puff sleeve and the back has cutouts. There are clips in the bust area that are functional if you’re nursing. This fits TTS.

Curve Love High Rise 4 Inch Mom Shorts – So these are the same short as the ‘High Rise 4 inch Mom Shorts’ above but in the curve stye. I noticed the difference almost immediately. These are more synched at the waist making there be less gapping in the back. The inseam seems to also be a hair longer, plus there seems to be room in the thigh holes. These are great if you’re on the curvier side. I recommend sizing up.
