Out with the old and in with the new, at least when it comes to my utility jacket!

If you’ve been reading the blog long enough, I’m sure you can imagine that I own a lot of clothes. As both a blogger and a style enthusiast, this comes as no surprise, but sometimes I do wish I was more of a minimalist when it came to my wardrobe. Case in point, I knew I owned a utility jacket, one that I actually loved and have owned for several years, however, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I assumed I must have accidentally donated it during the move earlier this year. Well, while visiting my in-laws last week I opened their coat closet and there it was, my beloved jacket. Did I mention I had already bought a replacement?

In case you cared, I concluded that my new jacket is far better than the one I’d owned for nearly five years. The old jacket went in a donation pile while its replacement has been worn non-stop since the temperatures have dropped. It’s cozy yet fitted in all the right places plus I can still layer underneath it. I couldn’t recommend it enough, it also comes in camo!
