I think y’all have been reading the blog long enough to know that I have a thing for pieces that make getting dressed super easy. Exhibit A – jumpsuits, the one piece wonders that they are. The natural progression to my love for jumpsuits would be overalls, right? Right! I’ve actually had a long standing love for the nostalgic trend (see all the ways I’ve worn overalls on the blog before), and even dedicated a Wardrobe Remix to my denim friend.

Sure, overalls may not seem like a closet essential but I’m here to say that they are! I think I’ve successfully shown y’all just how much of a staple the ‘trend’ really is. The last time I wore this pair (seen here), I styled them up with a plaid blazer for a sophisticated look on the childhood favorite. This time around I thought it would be fun to take a walk on the wild side by unexpectedly pairing my overalls with a leopard print sweater!
