Something my Dominican mother and grandmother always encourage me and my siblings growing up was to eat a well-rounded meal. He gets his own cup and sits right next to Remy as they enjoy their afternoon treat!

Now on to the smoothie recipe! In our household we have a few different variations of Theo’s favorite NIDO smoothies but I thought today I’d share the easiest and most delicious of the bunch!
Theo’s Favorite Smoothie with Nestle NIDO 1+
What you’ll need:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup of blueberries
- ½ strawberries
- 4 scoop Nestle NIDO 1+
- Handful of ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a sippy cup, hand to toddler and enjoy!
