My Irrational Fears

In honor of it being October, i.e Halloween is right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to share some of my irrational fears. Now, I’m not talking about being stuck in an elevator or being chased by a clown (both of which I am terrified of happening), I’m referring to the ridiculous, outlandish terrors I encounter in my everyday that put on edge. You know we all have them.

First up, fake lashes. Seriously they creep me out. Like, when they look natural (i.e when you could barely tell that they are fake) I don’t mind them. But then you come across someone that has spider legs for lashes, blowing in the wind in their fake glory – it gives me the heeby geebees. I cringe. No offense if you are one of those people…

Next up, I am terrified of wearing a skirt, walking outside on a windy day and having the wind blow my skirt up only to expose my granny panties. What, no one else? I know I’m not not alone in this! Same fear applies to walking out of a public bathroom with my skirt tucked into my undies. How mortifying would that be?!

Lastly in my list of irrational fears: when babies/toddlers, specifically little girls, are dress as grown women. It’s disturbing and inappropriate and I don’t like it. It really wigs me out. I also feel personally bad for the child, LOL. I hate when I come across these types of images on Pinterest. Like NO, they are children and should not be wearing off-the-shoulder tops!? I know this one is highly irrational but it makes me uber uncomfortable. Anyone else feel the same way?
