I personally don’t think there are enough strawberry flavored baked goods. Everything’s always chocolate chip – insert eye roll here – I mean there’s nothing wrong with chocolate chip but let’s give it a rest already. That’s why I love this super simple recipe for strawberry white chocolate chip cookies. You’d be surprise to find out that its made from cake mix, I know I was. The prep time is roughly 10 minutes and so is the bake time, so it was a super fast activity to do with Remy. Definitely a new Valentine’s Day tradition!
What you’ll need:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cups white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and meanwhile cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, except the white chocolate chips, and mix on low until everything is fully combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop, drop 1 inch balls onto cookie sheet. (should make roughly 20-24 cookies)
Bake for 10 minutes.
Removed from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
