[Recipe] No Bake Lactation Bites

 photo lactation_recipe_zpsw4jt8fb6.jpg

In an attempt to increase my milk supply I scoured the web for easy lactation cookie recipes. Annoyed that most of them required time and energy (ain’t no one got time for that right now!) I decided to whip something up on my own that incorporated a few of the key ingredients that promote lactation. After some research I concluded that many of the recipes I stumbled upon included oatmeal, which helps lower cholesterol and maintain a healthy blood pressure, and flaxseed. I then proceeded to include foods that would help bind the ingredients (peanut butter and honey), and lastly elements that would add flavor (chocolate chips and raisins). The end result? Tasty no bake bites I enjoy at least twice a day (with breakfast and with dinner)!
