Remy’s Big Girl Room

Remy’s nursery to big girl room transition happened several weeks ago but it seems that I could never find time to snap pictures of the new space. Until this past weekend! In short, I kept the color scheme fairly similar to that of her nursery and added a few additional accents of peaches, pinks and oranges. I wanted her space to remain youthful and fun but still have some sort of cohesion and decor aesthetic, and in the end I think I accomplished my goal. All in all, after several weeks of gathering wall decor and finally ordering the toddler bed, the room assembly only took a couple of hours. Thank you hyperactive nesting mode!

You’ll notice that much of her furniture remained the same with the exception of the toddler bed. What was essentially removed (and will be utilized for Baby Boy Mason’s nursery) included the glider, the crib, the horizontal storage unit, and the changing table.

So without further adieu…
