The Nitty Gritty

Y’all, we are getting to the nitty gritty of this pregnancy. Seven weeks left. That time will fly by in no time and it’s starting to really hit me that nothing will be the same again. There will be a new normal. It’s a surreal experiencing, that’s for sure! I tend to get in my head during times like these so you can only imagine how contemplative I’ve been.

There has been so much preparation on my end. From transitioning Remy’s into a big girl room (post coming soon, I promise!), to assembling and arranging the nursery (still coming along but I think it’ll be done within the next two weeks), to deciding when I’ll pack my hospital bag and more. It’s crazy how much more relaxed I’ve been during this process than I was with my first pregnancy. It’s like night and day! I guess we still have a little time left to see if I’ll go into full frantic mode. What do you think, will I start to panic in the weeks to come?
