Fringe and Tassels

It was hot out this past weekend and despite the fact we were on week 2+ of staying with my in-laws I was in high spirits. Thankfully we are now back home with a functioning AC system but not being able to enjoy the luxuries of my own home for the last couple days had me in quite the funk. Accessing a minor portion of my wardrobe can also get me in the same type of funk. Being limited to a few dress, tops and bottoms can be paralyzing for someone like me. A gal’s gotta have options! But I’ve found solace

in playing up my accessories. An outfit can easily be transformed from drab to fab (I can’t believe I just said that) with the incorporation of a few trendy pieces. What’s on trend this summer? Fringe and tassels are! They are everywhere I tell ya! On this particular day I thought I’d mix and match the two titans for a simple summer look perfect for a little bonfire fun. Thoughts?
