If you been a long time reader of Fabulously Average, then you remember a time when recipes were shared often on the blog. Well for 2016 I want to invite you back into my kitchen! First up, semi-homemade personalized pizzas! I’ve shared a homemade pizza recipe here on the blog before but I thought I’d switch things up a bit with semi-homemade version because really this mom ain’t got time for that;)

What you’ll need:
- 1 pack of personal-sized pizza crusts (I chose the Mama Mary’s brand)
- ¾ cup of pizza sauce(I chose the Mama Mary’s brand)
- Olive Oil
- 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter (I chose garlic Asiago finishing butter)
Personalized Toppings:
- ¼ cup leftover honey-baked ham
- A dozen pepperoni slices
- 2/3 chopped mushrooms
- ¼ cup onions
- ¼ yellow peppers
- ¼ red peppers
Directions:
Follow heating instructions for the personal-sized pie crusts and pre-heat oven.

Brush each pie crust with olive oil. In the center of each pie crust add about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce and spread evenly on each crust in a circular pattern. Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly between the 3 pie crusts leaving about ½ cup for later.

Meanwhile, in a small pan melt half a tablespoon of butter over medium to high heat. Add onions, mushrooms and both red and yellow peppers. Saute for about 3 minutes and then remove from heat.
In the same, melt remaining butter and saute ham until heated through, about 2 minutes. Remove for heat.

Meat-Lovers Pizza
Evenly distribute half the cooked ham and sprinkle half the cheese over top. Lastly, top with about half the reserved pepperoni slices.
Everything Pizza
Evenly distribute the remainder of the cooked ham and sprinkle remainder the cheese over top. Add half the cooked veggies and top with the remaining pepperoni slices.
Veggie Pizza
Evenly distribute the remaining veggies.
Bake for about 10 minutes, cut into wedges and serve!
