Forget Lilly for Target, have y’all checked out the Milly for Kohl’s collaboration? So many great pieces, I want them all! Designer collaborations are a funny thing, aren’t they. In a way I think the designers’ essence is lost in translation when bringing their vision to Everywhere America, but sometimes their collections come out just right. As consumers, we’re looking for both the quality and the namesake within our attainable grasp. I wouldn’t really be able to afford
Prabal Gurung or Phillip Lim otherwise, butI love being given the opportunity to welcome those ‘designer pieces’ into my wardrobe.
