Apparently there’s an official day to wear plaid? Google tells me it falls on the first Friday of October. Who knew?

In an attempt to not fall victim to the dark and dreary colors of winter (the blacks, the grays) I’ve been trying to inject a little color to my everyday wardrobe. It helps that this coat screams, ‘Hello World!’ every time I wear it. On this particular Saturday, I decided to play up the bright red with MAC’s Ruby Woo and a plaid tunic that Forever21 deemed as a dress. Yeah, right. Are you trying to tell me something, Forever21? Nothing a pair black skinny jeans couldn’t fix;)
