For the readers that have been here for a while, if you remember correctly this dress (first worn here) was a major thrift score from this past summer. It is buttery soft and has the perfect amount of stretch, not to mention it was under $6. Secondhand shopping at it’s finest my friends.
Many would argue and say that chambray dresses should be worn during the summer and spring months, and maybe even during the fall. I would typically agree with this but as I looked at this dress and longed for its material against my skin on a mid-winter’s day, I challenged myself to make it appropriate for the season. While I wouldn’t consider this look completely winterized (it was on the warmer side), I’m happy I was able to remix it past its intended season!
