I am convinced that every woman needs to own a red coat sometime in her adult life. Whether it’s a pea coat, a cocoon coat, or a toggle option like the one I’m wearing here, it’s just a must in every gal’s closet. It’s also a nice change of pace from the typical black, navy and camel ones you see during the winter months, not to mention the added pizzazz it brings to an otherwise basic outfit. And speaking of basic, another wardrobe must-have is definitely the perfect stripe tee and I think I’ve found mine with this Gap option. Did I mention it was on sale for under $10?

Remember this post?  At the time we were still living in Arizona but were in town visiting family during what ended up being a crazy blizzard filled weekend. Anyways, at the very end of the post I had given bloggers who experience frigid and snowy winter days props because they had to stand out in the cold and not look…cold. Well I’m one of them now, so did I pass the test? Do I look as cold as I felt?
