Truth Time: I’ve never felt as comfortable or as confident in my own skin as much as I do now. It seems that since having Remy, I’ve found an inner peace and self-assurance that I’ve never had before. I think mothers learn quickly, after the birth of their first child, that you just can’t please everyone. In life you can’t care what everyone thinks. Everyone will always have an opinion, whether it’s about your life, your style, or the way you parent. With this new found confidence, I’ve learned to not care (as much) and just do, wear, and parent the way that comes naturally to me. That’s what truly feels right. Because really, fuck ‘em*. Do your thang and I promise you’ll be a much happier person!
