Summertime Sadness

I titled this post summertime sadness not because I’m sad to see summer go but because I’m sad that summer is sticking around for another month. Here in Phoenix we only experience one season: summer, and while that lone season is split between light, breezy summer days and sweltering hot summer days, to me it’s just HOT. Some may argue that we do experience a fall-like season when other are enjoying winter but I beg to differ. So while fashionistas everywhere don on cute layers I’ll be here with what will surely be one of my go-to pieces of the quote/end quote fall – a light, layerable kimono.
