Maternity Style Wardrobe Diaries

Shifty Business

I’ve never been too fond of shift dresses. I always thought they were too boxy and I like a little definition to my clothes, but my style is in a journey of evolution. At least I think so and shift dresses and loose tops have become my go-to’s. When I saw this little red number on Keira of A Pretty Penny in this post I knew I had to have it! For $18 via JCPenney’s it was a major score for my wardrobe. I love that I was able to style it up with my bump and that it will still look as fabulous post-bump. Win win, my loves!

In life news I had quite the 3day weekend! I got so much done; I don’t think I’ve ever been so productive in my life?!? Unfortunately I wasn’t productive enough to work on the blog but I had to go with my priorities and the purchase of baby necessities and the decoration of the nursery were on the top of that list. I seriously can’t wait to share the finishing product which won’t be until later this month regrettably, but if you follow me on Twitter or Instagram (joannealm for both) then you got a couple sneak peeks.

Happy Tuesday!
