When I spotted this tunic at the TopShop debut at Chandler Mall a couple weeks ago I was sold. The pattern (an ode to lace and plaid), not the mention the ombre effect had me swooning. While it was a tad over my price rang, I easily justified the purchase. What shopaholic doesn’t do a little justification?
