While I’m away I have some great ladies that have stepped up to the plate to guest post for me! Get excited because this is a great bunch full of personality, beauty and let’s not forget style!
Today, Canadian stunner Kelly of EnterKelly is gracing us with her stylish presence and talking about the awkward task that is self portraits. I love this girls fun sense of style and her humor! While she isn’t afraid to try trends (rocks neon like a boss), she always stays true to her style. Take it away Kelly!

Hello Fabulously Average readers! I’m Kelly and I blog over at Enter Kelly– my personal style blog. When Joanne asked if I would be a guest-blogger I was totally thrilled. She’s one super stylish lady who I definitely look to for inspiration. Needless to say, I was very excited to write this post for you today.
So as much as I love blogging, I still haven’t gotten over the fear associated with taking photos in front of strangers. I take most of my pictures on the street in front of my house – it’s usually quite peaceful, so it’s a good place. Except this time…
And then the moment of panic…
I heard a car coming. This has never happened before. I had no idea what to do. I literally panicked, grabbed my camera and tripod, jumped across our ditch and ran up our front lawn into the house. I even scraped my knee on a rock… I know – that definitely did happen. And they definitely did see me.
So this was NOT my proudest moment. Why did I run? I have no idea. I probably looked like a bigger weirdo running away like I did… I don’t know. I’ve been blogging for over a year now and I still can’t get over the photo-taking in public. I need help guys!
If you have any tips to overcome this fear of mine, I’m taking notes! Next time, I’d like to be able to keep my cool in front of my neighbors, whoever they are… So please, share your wisdom!
Thanks again, Joanne, for having me today J If you guys want to come visit, I’m HERE, on Twitter and on Facebook!
