So today I’m participating the Paper Doll Project. The rundown? You get paired up with another blogger and each of you pick an item to build an outfit around. Each blogger then looks through the others’ blog archives and constructs the rest of the outfit around said item. Genius Suze! This is such a splendid way to get know other bloggers out there in the blogosphere and make great friends.
My new friend? Well its Rebekah via From the Mixed-up Files. Didn’t she do a fabulous job?!? I am completely in love with this ensemble. I feel like I belong on the set of GossipGirl. Hello, I totally think Blair needs a spicy Latina as part of her posse. I can act mischievous and conniving, all while looking like a stylish Upper East Sider. (No, I’m not 13 years old. Yes, I loyally watch the show.)
The neutral colors with a pop of blue, can’t get any better than that. The striped skirt (my item of choice). The pearls. The shoes. I would have never thought to put this ensemble together. Thanks Rebekah! Go stop by Rebekah’s blog to see the outfit I put together for her and admire the cuteness of her little girl Bridget. Her selected item? The Old Navy military inspired vest that I also own.
